The volunteer program of Cultivating Our Sisterhood International Association, Inc. (COSIA) is designed to promote sisterhood, encourage team-building, and provide nonprofit leadership experience for women age 18 and older. We also provide volunteer services to other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose programs benefit women and youth from underserved communities.
